That we call the hotels a 'Collection' is no accident. Because for all their differences, the hotels share a collection of traits - traits that set them apart, that their customers value and that make them unique.
All hotels are restored historical buildings with quirky stories, homely touches and a splash of contemporary design. For example take Threadneedles, the cleverly converted Victorian banking hall in London. Or The Glasshouse, which uses the façade of a 150-year-old church in Edinburgh. Not to forget 42 The Calls carved from an 18th Century corn mill overlooking the River Aire.
