Wyndham Hotel Group, one of three Wyndham Worldwide business units, has begun to implement green initiatives:
- More than 300 hotels under the Howard Johnson®, Ramada®, Travelodge®, Super 8® and Days Inn® brands are certified under the Canadian Green Key programme for implementing basic sustainable practices.
Wyndham Hotel and Resorts® has introduced the following programmes:

Fair Trade Certified Starbucks coffees in hotel restaurants, cafés, bars and room-service programmes

Wyndham Worldwide’s green initiatives are led by Faith Taylor, Wyndham Hotel Group vice president, innovation and product development. She is responsible for the development and management of a three-year plan to introduce best practices throughout the corporation.
