Choice Privileges® Now Awarding Points in Europe

Here’s some good news for your clients who meet in Munich, do business in Belfast, gather in Glasgow and negotiate in Nice. Choice Privileges®, Choice Hotels® award-winning frequent-guest programme, now provides the opportunity to earn and redeem Choice Privileges points in 10 European countries.

That means your Europe-bound clients can now earn 10 points per U.S. dollar spent on qualifying stays at Choice hotels in Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. And clients who are European residents, may now be eligible to join Choice Privileges.*

With more than 5,000 properties in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe* now participating in Choice Privileges, it’s easier than ever for your clients to earn points. They can earn 10 points per U.S. dollar spent on qualifying stays at Comfort Inn®, Comfort Suites®, Quality®, Sleep Inn®, Clarion® and Cambria Suites® hotels; and 5 points per U.S. dollar at MainStay Suites®, Suburban Extended Stay®, Econo Lodge® and Rodeway Inn® hotels. A free night can be earned with as few as 8,000 points. And there are no blackout dates.

Choice Privileges members can redeem points for free nights at more than 5,500 Choice hotels worldwide. With partners Preferred Hotels® & Resorts and Summit Hotels & Resorts®, they can also use their points to stay at more than 240 of the world’s finest luxury properties. Or they can choose to earn airline rewards with Choice Privileges 12 airline partners.**

Membership is free and includes such benefits as express reservations and check-in, extended check-out, free high-speed internet access and complimentary newspaper.  If members stay at least 10 nights at qualifying rates per year, they’ll earn Elite membership. This special status means they’ll be earning more points with each stay, and will receive additional benefits and personal recognition.
