Park Inn's expansion continues at fast pace in UK and Europe

Park Inn, the colourful mid-market brand, continues its aggressive expansion after announcing its 100th hotel in Europe.

Park Inn (GDS code PD) is the fastest growing brand operated by The Rezidor Hotel Group, which also operates RadissonSAS in Europe and the Middle East.

Park Inn is a symbol for young, fresh and innovative mid-market properties. Thanks to its colourful corporate design in red, blue, green and yellow, the brand is highly visible.

Already present in key cities like Berlin, Nice, St Petersburg, Munich, Paris CDG and Dublin, the UK also has a strong presence with 14 properties currently.

Recent additions to the UK portfolio include Park Inn Cardiff City Centre, the Park Inn Glasgow City Centre (formerly The Langs hotel) which opened on October 1st and the Park Inn Sheffield (formerly Hotel Bristol), located a few minutes from the town centre, which joined the brand on November 1st.

Existing Park Inn properties have recently benefited from major bedroom renovations programmes: in Watford (all rooms entirely renovated), Nottingham, Birmingham West and Cardiff City Centre. The Park Inn Lakeside has also been renamed Park Inn Thurrock.

Exciting times are still ahead in the UK for this dynamic brand, with over 1,500 new bedrooms due to be added over the next 30 months in key UK locations.
