Novotel Birmingham Centre Confirms 4 Star Rating
The 4 star rating highlights how Novotel continues to lead the way in the mid market hotel sector, constantly developing and improving their hotels to meet the needs of the modern day traveller.
“We are all delighted, at Novotel Birmingham Centre, with the AA's decision to award us 4 stars. It is a worthy recognition of the £1.5 million investment that Accor has put into improving the property and elevating it to a 'New Generation Novotel'. The comments of the AA inspector paid particular tribute to the high levels of service, which are as a result of the hard work put in by the entire team into making our 'Service Extraordinaire' programme such a success.” Jean Phillipe Kern, GM, Novotel Birmingham Centre
The AA report stated that the increased rating was largely due to the strong management team and the excellent staff who are “customer focused, willing and enthusiastic”. Reference was also made to the major improvements to the hotel: the modern and stylish reception area, the increase in the number of spacious and relaxing Novation bedrooms, the Elements restaurant and bar area (providing guests with the ultimate in food choice) as well as the New Generation Meeting rooms.
A four star rating is a fantastic accolade for the Novotel Birmingham Centre, highlighting how the hotel has successfully adapted to meet growing customer demands with their design led offering without losing site of the value for money and unmatched service which have been key in the brand’s growth.
