InterContinental Milan Grand Hotel Duomo to open in 2011
Set on Milan’s spectacular Piazza Duomo, the InterContinental Milan Grand Hotel Duomo is scheduled to open in 2011 after a significant renovation of the original 1860 marble structure.
The Grand Hotel Duomo first opened as a luxury property in 1950 and has welcomed celebrities and dignitaries including The Beatles, Ernest Hemingway and Giacomo Puccini. Featuring 137 contemporary and stylish guestrooms, including 17 suites, the hotel will offer the facilities and luxury one expects to find at an InterContinental. InterContinental Moscow Tverskaya to open in 2011
Opening in 2011, InterContinental Moscow Tverskaya is strategically located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of Red Square, Kremlin and all important business and historical venues. The hotel is the ideal base for any trip into the Russian capital.
The InterContinental Moscow Tverskaya will feature 186 beautifully-appointed guestrooms and 19 stunning suites, designed in an eclectic contemporary modernist style with features that represent local architecture and culture, giving guests the feeling of the city around them.
InterContinental Moscow Tverskaya will offer state-of-the-art function space for meetings and social events. The main banquet room will offer space for 250 guests for sit-down dinner and 300 guests for theatre-style seating. The no-column design allows for unobstructed views anywhere in the room. Seven additional multi-function rooms offer space for smaller meetings, luncheons or dinners.
